My #PFW S/S 2016 Favourites
And the Paris Fashion Week has ended! We could see so much amazing creations this season that it was difficult for me to choose the right ones to show you guys here! But, I have to admit my ultimate favourites were Junya Watanabe, with his abstract, out of this world creations and of course Vivienne Westwood who rocked it again! The light motive this season seemed to be: climate change. And it was the most evident in the Vivienne Westwood´s show called "Save the Venice!" But, let´s check them all out, because they are definately worth it!
Akris - Albert Kriemler teamed up with a japanese architect Sou Fujimoto to work on this collection. No wonder the collection looks very architectural, sculptural and fresh! I think its awesome!
Ellery - another fresh and sculptural collection inspired by the 1969 work Wrapped Coast by Christo and Jeanne-Claude
Esteban Cortaraz presented in his collection a woman from another world inspired by the late night clubbing in Miami
A youthful and colorful collection by Elie Saab
Comme des Garcons presented a collection which in her words is a "sculptural, monumental meditation on Blue Witches." It is about powerful women who are misunderstood, but do good in the world. I like that! And the collection is magnificent!

An assymatric collection with pronounced lines by Mugler is allegedly inspired by the military and gender equality
Vivienne Westwood traditionally uses her fashion shows as a form of activism. With this collection she wanted to point out to the enviroment and climate changes. Her main focus was Venice, because due to the climate changes, Venice has been sinking more and more every day! She wanted to pay hommage to the Venice tradition of masque and carneval. I think it´s absolutely amazing, as always!
Junya Watanabe, one of fashion´s greatest inventors, presented a very interesting collection! Nobody knows exactly what the message of his show is, because he prefers not to tell, but we can definately notice abstract ideas mixed with some african elements (face ornaments), which due to the fact that the models are white seems to be intriguing and shocking to some. What is it that Watanabe is trying to tell us?
Yohji Yamamoto presented a dark, gothic collection mixed with medieval elements. His ultimate message was climate change, as well.
